To the fullest extent permitted by applicable state law, exhibitor shall hold harmless and indemnify Property Manager Pages, Inc. and venue facility from any and all liability arising out of Exhibitor’s use of "contracted premises" herein defined as trade show booths and open space located within the Trade Show facility and PM-EXPO Exhibit areas. Your Exhibitor Kit will include a request for your insurance broker/agent to verify that your business operations are insured, by issuing a certificate of insurance, naming Property Manager Pages Inc. as additional insured. This verification request is not intended to require you to purchase additional coverage for participating in this show. As the Show Host, Property Manager Pages, Inc. is required by the Owner of the premises to ensure that all participants have commercial insurance in place for their off-premises activities.
Exhibitor is responsible for insuring any and all Exhibitor property and/or equipment brought on premises, or temporarily stored at another location, which will be used as part of the exhibitor’s trade show exhibit. Property Manager Pages, Inc. and venue facility will not be responsible for loss or damage of any kind or nature to Exhibitor’s property and/or equipment while in transit, on exhibit premises or at a temporary storage location.
Exhibitor will not alter "contracted premises" as defined above in any manner as to deface or destroy. No exceptions will be allowed.
All displays, table covers, tablecloths, streamers booths and decorations must use flame retardant materials. Materials meeting these requirements are available to Exhibitors by the show decorator. No volatile or flammable fluids, substances or materials of any nature prohibited by municipal fire regulations or insurance carriers may be used in any booth.
Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first- served basis, determined by receipt of monies for full booth space/signed contract. Property Manager Pages will confirm the receipt of monies/contract along with a booth assignment. Management reserves the right to re-arrange the floor plan where necessary to facilitate a successful traffic flow.
No exhibitor may sublet, assign or apportion any of the allotted space, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature for the product or services of any other firm or individual, except as approved in advance by Property Manager Pages. The purposes of the Conference and its Exhibition are to inform and educate the attendees regarding the characteristics and uses of exhibitors’ products and/or services. Solicitation to recruit employees from competitors or from other exhibitors is prohibited.
Property Manager Pages reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, because of noise, method of operation, or any other reason become objectionable, or otherwise detract from, or are out of keeping with the character of PM-EXPO as a whole. Property Manager Pages may stop installation, or request removal or discontinuance of any exhibit or promotion which, if continued, departs substantially from a design description given herein. In the event of such restriction or evictions, Property Manager Pages and PM-EXPO is not liable for any refund of rental or other expenses. Advertising, displays, demonstration, conferences, entertainment and convention registrations in the interests of business are not permitted, except by the firms which have rented space or are recognized sponsors for the Conference.
Distribution of samples and souvenirs in a restrained fashion is permitted, provided there is no interference with other exhibits or aisle movement, and the samples and souvenirs pertain to, or contribute to the exhibits. Property Manager Pages may withhold or withdraw permission to distribute souvenirs, advertising or other materials it considers objectionable.
No part of any exhibit, nor signs, or other materials may be taped, pasted, nailed or otherwise affixed to walls, doors, draping or others surfaces in a way that might mar or deface, even temporarily, the exhibit area premises or booth equipment or furnishings. Damages from failure to observe this cautionary notice is payable by the exhibitor.
Displays and materials must fit within depth and width of assigned booth space. Height of displays and materials may not exceed 8’ in rear of booth and 4’ on sides. If clarification is required, please request written clarification from the show decorator.
No exhibitor shall hold any meetings or events that conflict with PM-EXPO - West Palm Beach Fall 2020. All hospitality rooms must be cleared in writing and approved by Property Manager Pages. Hospitality rooms must adhere to hours for opening established by Property Manager Pages.
These regulations become a part of the contract between the exhibitor & Property Manager Pages. All matters in question, not covered by these regulations, are subject to the sole decision of Property Manager Pages and all decisions so made shall be binding on all parties affected by them as by the original regulations. ALL RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Property Manager Pages shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this contract due to strikes, acts of God, or any cause beyond its control.
The show decorator also functions as the official material handling contractor. Shipping instructions will be included in your exhibitor kit.
Do not send shipments to the facility location. Please abide by the procedures outlined in the Shipping Instructions Form provided by the show decorator for this event. The show decorator is the exclusive provider of advance to warehouse and move in day only to facility freight handling, as well as handling of all outbound shipments. The show decorators’ material handling rates are for roundtrip service. Do not rely upon the facility to be responsible for the materials. If your shipping deadlines require that you ship directly to the facility for date certain receipt on move-in day only; or if you have any other questions, please contact the show decorator for special instructions. They will be pleased to assist you.
